Dee McCrorey

Dolores “Dee” McCrorey is the Chief Risk Guru of Risktaking for Success LLC where she partners with corporate thought leaders looking to level the innovation playing field for their organizations. Her fast track approach takes groups from ho-hum status quo to entrepreneurial success in a reinvented world by transforming mid-career professionals and middle management talent, mentoring leaders in transition, and providing innovation assessments and training of key suppliers.  

Dee brings a practical approach to the challenges faced by today’s enterprise leaders and knowledge workers having spent over twenty-five years in the private sector serving in a variety of front line, management, and leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies.

A deep background in manufacturing and supply chain management working for a host of companies such as Intel, Fairchild and National Semiconductor, combined with a talent for leading high potential, high risk initiatives and programs, earned Dee a reputation as a turnaround expert with a personal brand of someone who would ‘Fix it, Get rid of it, or Reinvent it’.

Continuing to reinvent her own business, she launched The Ultimate Corporate Entrepreneur blog in 2005 and now hosts two popular BlogTalkRadio shows—Coach for Innovation and Big Dreamers! The Reinvent Success Show.  

Dee is co-authoring a book on business innovation in a reinvented world. 

Her educational background in Journalism and International Relations and a five-year expatriate experience in Europe and the Middle East provide Dee with a rich understanding of multicultural settings and international business environments.

She resides in Silicon Valley, CA but loves that innovative technology allows her to extend the reach of her offerings around the world.
